• The item is defective, damaged, or not as described
• You received the wrong product
• The item is unused and in original packaging

• Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery
• After 3 days, items are considered accepted

• Used or damaged items (not due to delivery issues)
• Items without original packaging or accessories
• Clearance or promotional sale items
• Installed solar products (unless faulty)

We prioritize replacement over refunds where possible.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued via:
  • Bank transfer
  • Original payment method

2. Provide:

   • Clear photos/videos of the issue
3. Our team will review and approve
4. We arrange pickup or provide return instructions
